The concept was developed by caterers, La Bonne Cuisine Fine French Catering, in San Francisco. They drew inspiration from Cirque De Soleil and events in France where surprise “food stations” descend from the ceiling. Why don’t I ever get invited to events with magical food appearing from the heavens?!
